IV Organization and Implementation of Curriculum
In this picture, teachers observe a class. After the class visit, they hold a seminar, and discuss the objectives, content and methods of the class. There are both fin-school seminarsf held in the same school and fopen seminarsf which are open to outsiders. By learning from these seminars, teachers reassess their classroom instruction methods and attempt through mutual feedback to improve individual quality and abilities.
