V Classroom Management and Guidance
At elementary schools where home-room teachers take charge of a class, there is a tendency that the problems of student groups and individual students remain within the class. Because of this, when a problem arises in a group of students in a classroom setting, or when problems gets worse between teachers and groups of students, teachers sometimes tend to keep the problems to themselves.
In order to avoid such situations, teachers are given opportunities to regularly exchange information about the situations of their classes and students and concerns about class management and guidance, and then discuss with other teachers on how to deal with the problems.
