The steering meeting produces the direction of the curriculum reform for the establishment of Digital Economy. It has the following components:
» Open lectures for knowing various reform issues on APEC Digital Economy (Feb. 7)
» Closed meeting for preparing the document and assignments (Afternoon, Feb. 8-9)
» Extensional Program for participants: Attending the Open Classes on Lesson Study on Computational Thinking and Mathematical Thinking (Morning, Feb. 8-9)

    Objective of the steering meeting is to share the necessary issues for the curriculum reform with other APEC Fora for Digital Economy for developing the discussion document and assignments on the APEC Seminar on Computational Thinking Curriculum for the Digital Economy, May 6-8, 2019 in APEC-SOM2 at Valparaiso in Chile.

Accommodation and Air plane ticket:

In case necessary, invited speakers who sent the letter to CRICED until January 14, 2019 will be provided the ticket at least. Accommodation will be recommended to book by yourself because the per dim for per night by the regulation of the University of Tsukuba is lower than the per dim of your institutions: It is the high season.

In case the participants who will supported by CRICED, University of Tsukuba UT will book the hotel for the invited speakers

Participation Fee

Free for the APEC-Tsukuba Conferrence Program however to participate the Lesson Study program, everyone may need to pay 5000 yen.
