| The Educational Reform Program is one of the six structural reforms carried out by the Hashimoto cabinet. After the announcement of the program in January, 1997, it was revised several times and finally the program was completed in September, 1999 (the sub-title fto forge an educational nation.f) The reform items on the program are steadily becoming institutions over time. | ||||
