| The permitted enrollment system allows students with handicaps who meet standard enrollment criteria to enroll in elementary schools or lower secondary schools. The municipal boards of education certify the studentsf enrollment, and are required to assess arrangements to ensure a that there is a proper environment for them to enroll, such as availability and placement of teachers who have a high level of expertise in guidance. | ||||
