| Part-time teachers lacking teachersf certificates are eligible to teach a portion of subjects under the Law on Certificate of Educational Personnel. It is necessary for schools to report employment of such part-time teachers to prefecture Boards of Education which have the right of appointment. Part-time teachers lacking teacherfs certificates can be put in charge of class lectures and tests and can evaluate results. | ||||
